Malta’s newest addition to our accommodation options is The Inn at Simanton Square! Restored and renovated by Scott & Gina Simanton, this unique, 2500 sq ft. space is located in the heart of downtown Malta. It was place on the National Registrar of Historic Places on March 17, 2022. It occupies the upstairs of the historic Edwards & McLellan building on the corner of Front St and First Ave. It has been restored and renovated to honor Malta’s original businessman and the history of early Malta, MT with spaces honoring Dr. William Morrow, DDS a dentist in Malta for over 30 years, Edwards & McLellan the building’s namesake and constructors, A.S. Hanscom Suite, the original occupants of the building, Siding 54, which was Malta’s original rail siding name, and Bureau of Land Management, occupants of the building. This historic building has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, dining room overlooking Front St., a den and a wonderful rooftop deck.
