PhillCo Economic Growth Council is a citizen driven nonprofit group organized in 1986 to provide for planned growth and development conducive to the quality of life of Phillips County residents. Joined by progressive city and county goverments and a strong Chamber of Commerce, PhilCo extends an invitation to you to visit our part of Montana’s Big Sky Country.

We have established a partnership between PhillCo and Bear Paw Development, a regional EDA district to provide additional funding options through a local revolving loan fund, a microbusiness loan program, and other similar programs. We are also capable of providing technical assistance for financial programs offered by Rural Development and the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Should you choose to open or expand your business in Phillips’ County, we welcome you and will help you become an important part of our community. As the Executive Director of PhillCo, and on behalf of our board of directors, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for your interest in our community. We welcome the opportunity to work with you in your relocation and hope Malta and Phillips County remains a positive consideration. If we can be of further service, please contact me at the phone (and fax) or address shown above or at our toll fee number, 1-800-704-1776.

Sincerely,
Anne M. Boothe
Executive Director
